Easy online registration

Signing up your child for The Play Patch summer camp is simple with our online registration form. Just fill in your child’s name, age, and select the weeks they would like to attend. You can also easily add optional pre-care or post-care during this process.

Choose your weeks and care options

Parents can choose the specific weeks their child will attend during the registration process. We also offer flexible extended care options, including early drop-off (8:00 AM – 9:00 AM) and late pick-up (4:00 PM – 6:00 PM) to help accommodate different family schedules. If you need to adjust these options after registering, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Payment details

After completing the registration form, you will receive payment details. We typically accept e-transfer and other agreed payment options. Payment is required to confirm your child’s spot for their chosen camp weeks.

Important information before you register

Before registering, please review our daily schedule and pricing, and what your child needs to bring each day (packed lunch, snacks, water bottle, comfortable clothing, and sunscreen). Ensure all registration details, including emergency contacts, are accurate to help us maintain a safe and organized environment.
